- The Council will refer several items for First Reading, including:
- Proposed tricycle franchises for routes in Lapuz, Mandurriao–Arevalo, and surrounding areas.
- Multiple temporary road closure ordinances for major events:
- New Year Countdown
- Dinagyang Marathon Heritage Run 3
- UCPB Run
- Dinagyang Ultramarathon
- Dinagyang Mayor's Cup Criterium Race
- Various barangay Christmas and fiesta celebrations
- The Council will consider measures on:
- Amending benefits and requirements for Ilonggo Centenarians
- Investigating the handling of awards for Centenarians and Octogenarians
- Approving SK Annual Budgets of Brgy. Taal (Molo) and Brgy. Inday (City Proper)
- Accrediting multiple Homeowners Associations as CSOs/NGOs
- Granting Omnibus Authority to the City Mayor for barangay equipment donations
- Accepting position papers and financial statements submitted by civic and barangay offices
- Committee Reports will be presented, including:
- Adoption of the Local Housing Board resolution allocating ₱6.028M for the Jaro River Cadastral Line Delineation Survey
- Accreditation application of ICPSTEA, Inc.
- Endorsement of the City's proposal for the 2nd Cycle of the Tourism Champions Challenge, highlighting Iloilo's gastronomy initiatives
- MOAs involving:
- National Authority for Child Care (NACC) on alternative child care programs
- DSWD FO VI and partners on managing the water refilling station in Brgy. San Isidro
- Certificates of Completion and Mechanical Permits for the Iloilo Terminal Market and Iloilo Central Market
- Proposed ordinance granting tax and fee discounts to nano enterprises
- Proposed ordinance prohibiting posters covering electrical post identification numbers
- Under Calendar of Business, the Council will proceed to 2nd Reading for:
- The ordinance prohibiting the covering of electric post IDs
- The ordinance granting incentives to nano enterprises
- The session will conclude with Other Matters, Closing Prayers, and Adjournment.
