  1. Regulation Ordinance No. 2025-289
    Temporary Road Closure for Iloilo City Government Christmas Party 2025
    • Closure of Muelle Loney St., Peralta St., and Ortiz St. (Freedom Grandstand area) on Dec. 16–17, 2025.
    • Purpose: City Government's Christmas Party.
  2. Regulation Ordinance No. 2025-290
    Temporary Road Closure for DENR-EMB Fun Run
    • Partial closure of the Diversion Road loop near SM City Iloilo on Nov. 23, 2025 (4:30–8:30 AM).
    • Purpose: "Let's Run: End Violence Against Women and Their Children" Fun Run.

    Temporary Road Closure for St. Therese-MTC Colleges Night Fun Run
    • Partial closure of Iloilo Sunset Boulevard on Nov. 29, 2025 (4–8 PM).
    • Purpose: Commemorating founder Atty. Arturo A. Sebastian.

    Temporary Road Closure for 10KM Run for E-Libraries by Kalantiao Masonic Lodge No. 187
    • Route covers Freedom Grandstand–Jalandoni Bridge–General Luna–Iznart–JM Basa–Fort San Pedro Drive loop on Nov. 16, 2025 (4–7:30 AM).

    Temporary Road Closure for Barangay North San Jose Halloween Party
    • Closure of San Jose Street, Molo, on Nov. 7, 2025 (6 PM–12 MN).
  7. Regulation Ordinance No. 2025-295
    Temporary Road Closure for 4-H Club "Run for a Cause"
    • Partial closure of Megaworld Blvd.–R. Mapa–Iloilo Sunset Blvd. route on Nov. 29, 2025 (2–9 AM).
  8. Regulation Ordinance No. 2025-296
    Temporary Road Closure for DOH Fun Run
    • Partial closure of Iloilo Sunset Boulevard on Nov. 13, 2025 (3–6:30 AM) for Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Campaign.

C. Other Legislative Actions

  • Proposed Ordinance: Establishing guidelines for naming Iloilo City Government-organized events — referred to Committee on Rules.
  • Resolution No. 2025-1023: Urging business establishments to offer discounts and promotions to registered nurses during Ilonggo Nurses Week (Nov. 9–16, 2025)unanimously approved.
  • Resolutions Nos. 2025-1010 & 1011: Approving and declaring operative the Annual and Supplemental Budgets of Barangays Hipodromo, Gloria, and North San Jose, Molo — unanimously approved.
  • Resolutions Nos. 2025-1012 to 1020:
    Authorizing the City Mayor to sign Deeds of Absolute Sale for awarded resettlement lots in Brgy. South Fundidor, Molo — all unanimously approved.
  • Resolution No. 2025-1021: Authorizing the City Mayor to sign a MOA with West Visayas State University (WVSU) for on-the-job training of BS Biology (Medical Technology track) students in city health centers — unanimously approved.
  • Several barangay financial reports (FY 2020–2024) were formally noted.

D. General Observations

  • The session primarily focused on the approval of multiple temporary road closures for various community and institutional events, ensuring proper traffic rerouting and public safety through TTMO coordination.
  • The Council also passed significant administrative and social development measures, notably in housing, health, and community engagement.
  • All resolutions and ordinances were enacted unanimously, reflecting strong council consensus.
